Birthday surprise for a friend
Right before Thanksgiving we made arrangements for Matt to meet us at a friend’s house to look at her clock. They had moved and it had not been running for several years and we wanted to surprise her with those gift to see if we could get it running for her.
In less than 20 minutes he had assessed the issue and had her Howard Miller clock up and running and cleaned. She didn’t get home that night until after 9pm so we had to wait there til the next chime around 9;30 and she stopped in mid sentence and was like…. my clock!!!!!
It was a wonderful surprise and we sincerely thank you Matt!
